This is a MESSAGE TO ALL THE SKINNY PEOPLE OF THE WORLD…IF YOU ARE SKINNY DON’T WORK OUT, STRETCH AND EAT RIGHT…THAT’S IT…IF YOU ARE SKINNY LIKE ACTORS, ASTON KUTCHER OR ACTORS JOSH HARNETT DON’T WORK OUT…IF YOU REALLY FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO, WORK OUT ONCE A WEEK THAT’S IT…START WORKING OUT A LOT WHEN YOU SEE YOU ARE GAINING SOME WEIGHT, AFTER YOU SHED THE POUNDS continue on the same routine working out once a week or not, stretching and eating right…People in Asia and India who are always skinny listen…

START WORKING OUT A LOT WHEN YOU turn 40 and up, I think that’s when you metabolism slows down…Stretching hurts as much as lifting weigts…I think stretching prevent arthritis but I am not sure…

People who do bench press just the bench press, well people who lift serious bench press, instead do light bench press and the rest do it in stretching…

Instead of doing karate, they should do a stretch work out, is better…I think, 1 of the things stretching does is it gives more oxygen to your body….

 You know if every county in the world had 2 trees of fruit of cashew [the fruit that bears the cashew nuts] and you was to take the fruits of it and make cashew fruit lemonade sort of speak and sell it you will make: $1.5 Billion dollars per year…You take those: $1.5 Billion dollars and invest it in the forex and you should get like: $2.3 Billion dollars per year…If that tree bears twice a year it will be between: $3 Billion dollars and $4.6 Billion dollars every year…Assuming there is: 50 conties in every province and each country has 15 provinces and there is: 200 countries in the world…All this is with the exception of: INDIA, CHINA, USA AND RUSSIA…

This is to the Drug Cartels...Just trying to help...Have you ever heard the term: is not what you say but howw you say it...IT IS NOT THE FACT THAT YOU ARE SELLING ILLEGAL DRUGS, IS THE KILLING OF PEOPLE THAT GOES ON...YOU KNOW WHY, BESIDES THAT IT PUTS THE POPULATION IN DISTRESS, THERE IS ANOTHER REASON...WHEN A COUNTRY IS TOO VIOLENT THAT THERE IS KILLING EVERY DAY/HOUR, it gives the country a bad image abroad and nobody feels like visiting that country and then the country loses: $10 Billion or $20 Billion or $30 Billion dollars in revenue and not just the country loses revenue but so is comercial airlines, i think is not that you are selling drugs...To me illegal drugs bussiness sounds more like an anger management problem that selling something illegal..I´ll give you an example...People in the USA stock market and the Forex, every hour and day they lose: $20 Million or $100 Million or $700 Million dollars and you dont see them go and shooting up/Killing people or wanting to blow up an entire city....You know why i sometimes dont think is about you selling an illegal drug...Pardon me for saying this: But there are LOTS OF PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD WHO LICK OTHER PEOPLE´S REAR...and you will say jeee, and they are walking freely...i mean i dont know but i will think such an act will kill you in an instant and yet there are millions of people who do it, every hour and day of the year and you dont see no police chasing them...Lets say you saw a drug addict walking on the street??who will care...i am telling you is not about you sort of speak...You know something else that is not about you selling illegal drugs????is that it starts in 1 county and 5 years later is in 5 or 10 counties...thats the problem...is not about you selling an illegal drug...i dont think so...

i will tell you a similar situation to tell you that is not about you selling illegal drugs...lets say there is: 1 county where everyone in that county takes drugs or is an addict...you know something that is similar to that 1 drug addict county??? is called the: JUNGLE...and yet jungles exists...Now if a jungle started creeping up/encroachin in civilization then people will find a problem with it...So is not about you selling illegal drugs...i dont think so...

Also if you was to offer a drug rehabilitation sytem/program right there so that people join in and quit whenever they want they ring the bell whenever they want, people i think will start viewing it as: JOINING THE MILITARY OR GOING TO WAR...TELL ME WHICH ONE YOU PREFER, BECOMING AN ADDICT FOR 1 YEAR AND THEN GETTING OUT/GETTING CURED OR GOING TO WAR FOR 1 YEAR NOT KNOWING IF YOU WILL BE BACK...i am telling you i dont think is about you selling an illegal drug...

 There are people around the world who take 2-3 showers every day and they spend: 20 minutes taking the shower…Instead if you take 3 showers per day, take 2 and the third one instead get a massage for those 20 minutes or stretch or if you can eat a banana or or wash your feet instead and pour powder on your toes to prevent fungus and just shower twice...Is better for you…if you take 2, take 1 instead the second one instead get a massage for those 20 minutes or stretch or if you can eat a banana, or put on sun block lotion, or flause your teeth or use mouth-wash is better for your health, even more so if you live where is cold…If you are a teenager instead wash your face with soap 3-4 times a day instead and just shower once or twice a day: why?? To get rid of the acne…or wash your feet instead and pour powder on your toes to prevent fungus and just shower once…

 

Or if you take 3 showers a day, take 2 instead and the 20 minutes you will spend on the 3^rd shower, instead shave and not just the face or take those 20 minutes you was going to spend on the 3^rd shower and iron the clothes you are putting on the following day, just the following day…

In a perfect world: Heroine and highly addicted drugs that cause little damage to the human body will had been a Wonder Drug...Just trying to help...

Lets assume that there was a cure to Heroine...You could make someone addicted to Heroine, once that person is addicted you give them orders and tell them...If you want another injection of Heroine you must lift me some weights right now and you will get it and you must not eat certain things i tell you to...and the person will do it...then the person comes 3 hours later and you tell them the same thing, and there they go lifting weights in 3 hours and so on...Now once you see the person is super rip fit, you cure his addiction and nothing happened...Again in a perfect world...the problem i think is that some people might not get cured...

Maybe it could help someone who is: 400 or 500 pounds lose all the weight...

Or you put the person to pedal/crank on a static exercise bike...

This also made me think of something...You can raise a bodybuilder by just feeding him food...Remember i told you that there is like 1 billion people globally that go hungry...Well you can do the same with them that you will do with the heroine but with the food...You tell them, you want some food, get on that bench press or drop and give me: 200 push ups, then they come 3 hours later and you tell them the same thing get on that bench press first or drop and give 200 push ups and so on everyday...lol...Or you put him/her to pedal/crank on a static exercise bike [i just remember, i think that is harder for women to lift weights than men but a static exercise bike is fine to them]...

ON ANOTHER NOTE CONCERNING FITNESS:

remember the bus where you work out that i mentioned, the gym buss??? well there was something i didnt mentioned: a gym bus that doenst have weights/dumbells but static exercise bikes...

Also remember when i said that you could lift weights with dumbells or bench press and pedal/crank a static exercise bike at the same time and the static exercise bike be on the same bench press????? well how about: lift weights with dumbells or bench press and and use a step climber at the same time in the same bench press....

dudeee, television is an entertainment thing...you think someone wants to work from 7am to 6pm not see the light of day come home very tireeeddd drop in the couch and waste his/her time watching junk on tv. noooo he/she wants to be entertained have a good time watching tv...sorry to say it but tv has many junnnnnkkkk on it, dont take my word for it, they tell you this in middle school, high school and in schools from 3rd grade to 6th grade...they tell you this...in the USA and else where you even hear it on tv too, you even hear it in movies tooo....what happens to stories that occur in real life??? in the USA there is like: 100,000 stories that occur in real life everyyyy week becareful is not everyday...around the world is the same thing...30% of movies dont make anysense becareful is higher...

i will tell you something...lets say that 100 movies are made everyyear in the USA...34% of them are about vampires and 22% are about weddings and 8% are about the Roman empire and 15% got cats on them, lol...thats more than half...wasting peoples time when they really want to be entertained...i have yet to see a movie about real professional NFL competitions or swimming, ive seen more movies about hockey than about swimming yet swimming is a more popular sport globally than hockey....i have yett to see a movie about the mongol empire, or the persan empire, or the fall of the Berlin Wall or a movie in hawaii or American samoa, or Puerto rico or the Virgin Island or the Bahamas, IT IS PART OF THE USA ISNT IT????  I never heard no one ever mentioned this on tv nor on any book….what if you take a gas [gas from the stove] in a cylinder and pass through it electricity, what will happen??? What if you experiment animals with it what will happen???? Or a cylinder that has stove gas with water that has chlorine on it [swimming pool] and then pass through it electricity what will happen??? What if you subject a creature through it???? What if people began studying ants to give us clues about the weather or how the wind/breeze blows; maybe ants are sensitive to sunlight or the magnetic field or to see if ants perceive some kind of force/or force field or another force coming from the sun since they are so small…same is with small/tiny flying insects…You could use a supercomputer with it analyze them with a supercomputer…that also means that if you follow monkeys, keep track of them you could get a better sense of wind thus the global weather…But many of your math will have to be circular math and in that field [math] there has been very little advancement/discoveries since math began…I am talking something similar to topography but a little different…sorry to say it but math is mostly squared…Another field of math where there have been very few advancement/discoveries since math began is in what I will call liquid math and gas math…I think they call liquid math; hydrology, but water is not the only liquid and still there hasn’t been too many discoveries/advancement in hydrology…hydrology is a young science…I don’t even know if there is such thing as math topography…I will like to think that there is for I wonder whats driving topography…and when I think of it, topography is mostly environment/geology…

i am writing this to convince book authors...If you made books not have too many big words, people will buy more books because they will say: ohh i read this book in no time, let me get another one but if is difficult to read it will take them longer to read and they will say: whenever they finish reading that book they will buy another one but that book will take them longer to read...check this example:

if you can read 8 books in 1 year and you spend: $40 or $5 per book but if you can read 15 books in 1 year thats: $75 in 1 year, more books bought...

Many of you work Monday to Friday during time of: PEACCCCCEEEEEEEE….Instead during time of peace work from: Monday to Friday…On Saturdays you work from: 4am to 10am [you are in time of peace] or from 4am to 9am….is 6 hours or 5 hours…Those 6 hours you volunteer time or help in whatever is needed to help your country…Those 6 hours on Saturdays you could help a region of your country if it got flooded, or fix houses to the less needed of your country, a bridge needs to be fix or built you build it or whatever is needed…Only during time of peace….It could save your particular country, hundreds of millions or billions…

 I was thinking, there are classes who are so not important or classes where all the professor does is dictate to the class all semester long…Classes like religion, civic or I cant remember others well these classes they are not hands on classes and they dictate all semester long and I was thinking you could put a huge big screen tv with a recorded teaching by a professor all semester long or via satellite or use the new Sisco System platform and have the dictate the class…they do something similar to this in Thailand…I was thinking if a school had only 1 or 2 classes this way, the money that they save can go into putting a huge large swimming pool in the school, or a tennis court or a soccer field, or give each student of that school a laptop, or free every weekend trip to a waterworks, or a free movie show at the school every weekend, or big parties at the school every weekend, or free school supply to every kid/teen in that school, all year long, or a huge library in the school, or free doorms in the school for every kid of the school or the school having their own huge clinic next door, or the school having their own huge gym establishment next door/in the school, or the school having their own huge movie theater or broadway musical theater establishment next door/in the school, or the school having their own huge skating ring or ice skating establishment next door/in the school, or the school having sort of speak their own teens/kids professional soccer/baseball/hockey/softball/basketball/American-football teams, or a huge PHYSICS/CHEMISTRY/BIOLOGY LABORATORY FOR THE SCHOOL, ect, ect, remember nowadays you can take college courses in your own home…YOU CAN DO THIS WITH COLLEGES TOO....
