THIS IS A MESSAGE ONLY TO WOMEN…Willnt you like to work out at the gym and be: 20 years into the future still working out and enjoy working out, enjoy working out that it feels like as if you was swimming…I FOUND A SIMPLE TRICK THAT CAN DO IT…This trick is soooooo awesome…Many times I am sure you feel bad that you cant work out like men do…With this I think you will/would…Is simple: Question which one you rather: work out every day 1 hour a day, everyday or every 2 days and last 1-2 years in the gym or you rather work out: every 3 days or every 4 days for 3-4 hours and last: 20 years or more at the gym…Whatever you might chose is better to work out every 3 days or every 4 days for 3-4 hours and last 20 years or more at the gym [you are working out the same amount of hours as working everyday]…Why is better or how is better??? When you work out everyday you TEARRRRRRR MUSCLE which makes lifting weights hurt a lot, is what makes you don’t want to go to the gym, is what brings your sad face at the gym, is what makes you dread the gym…I don’t think lifting weights is hard, is the following day or after 5 hours of working out that is the problem/burden…Now if you wait: 3-4 days your muscle fiber will have heal, and it feels like the first time: you brush it off…However if you are just beginning it will hurt first but after a couple of tries you will be good to go…Also, stretch the parts that you work out but don’t stretch before the work out, stretch after the work out and every 2-3 hours after you work out even the days that you have off…If you have a lot of money, hire someone who gives massages to give you massages in the areas of your body where you work out…Is better…I call this the: 2*7 Effect or 2*8 Effect or 3* 9 Effect which stands for 2 times a week or 2 times every 8 days or 3 times every 9 days effect…Is better….Also did you know that the days your muscles fibers have heal when you work out you work out 1-3 hours extra more than your torn muscle days…Why?? Because it doesn’t hurt: you have brushed it off…And yes you have to have a little bit of motivation…And is better 3 or 2 times a week because it gives you time off to do other things…

Tell bodybuilders to stop the nonsense….To stop that nonensense they are doing is ridiculous….Tell the most professional bodybuilders in the worlddddddddddd that I sayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy if they really want to feel painnnnnn, if they really want to become a human tourch there are 4 exercises that will turn you on fire, it will really burn your clothes….They are: create a very thick metal Y post in the form of an inverted L hold the 2 arms and lift their body up, over and over, do it over and over and over, every day….these 4 exercises is BEYONDDDDDD PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDING…Walk a 4 miles stairs over and over and over, maybe with an ankle weight on it or a vest weight on it….15 minutes on it You feel the sting more than 2 hours with heavy weights….The next one is: Rowing: boat rowing…The next one is: get on a bicycle with heavy ankle weights, change the crankshaft to the biggest you can find, and pedal…You can spend: 1 week or maybe 2 weeks on the gym working out 6 hours a day for 1 or 2 weeks and you will not feel any tremors….You get on these 4 exercises for 4 hours each day and in 3 days you will feel the tremors, becareful is 2 days….There is nothing on earthhhhhhh similar to these 4 exercises….

This is an advice to all 3 subjects…YOU ARE GOING TO FASTTTTTTT…You have 3 billion years on this Earth…At least: 200 million years…Technology & Electronics may have 200 years old but computers have like 40 years old and all 3 are going at mach-20 speeds…is going at gigantic steps…you neeeeeeedddd to slow down, really reduce speed a lot…Someone ought to buy these Technology, Electronics & Computers technologies and keep them in a storage, maybe in the future centuries or quincentenal or dozens of years in the future release it to the world, little by litte: 1 snackbite/snack at a time…Another one that is going at very high speeds is the car industry…is going verrrrryyyy fast…Advice, make the world, SAFER NOT SMARTER…Instead redirect that energy and work on technologies that will tackle the weather or weather phenomenons or the soil… Instead redirect that energy and work on technologies that will tackle for example, asteroids from colliding with Earth or better ways of analyzing and spotting them or better ways of analyzing and spotting the numerous meteors that enter our atmosphere…You know one of those meteors not asteroids but one of those meteors could bring a: botox bacteria or an influenza bacteria and wipe us out or create the next Bubonic Plague with no cure…Work on technologies that will make the North Sea be crossable/traversable…Work on technologies easier…Work on technologies that will make walking in the rain not wet yourself or get struck by lighting…Work on technologies that will make walking or going through the snow faster…Work on technologies that will make walking or moving about in the mountains or mountain climbing easier… Work on technologies that will make someone not been able to get bitten by snakes, scorpions, bees, spiders, possible…This made me think, what if you tasser an alligator…Work on technologies that will make people unable to get bitten by sharks… Work on technologies that will cure back/spine problems…Work on technologies that will make the lives of the elderly easier…Work on technologies that will make us better communicate with animals or birds or sea creatures…Work on technologies that will make someone better scrub their backs when taking a shower… Work on technologies that will make the elderly not fall from bed or infants not fall from bed…Work on technologies that will make infants not drown or smother [the number 1 cause of death of infants in the USA]…Work on technologies that will make been able to spot parasites or harmful bacteria/viruses in the food/meat supply…Work on technologies that will make cutting grass/bush faster…Work on technologies that will make picking up trash faster or fun…How about this…how about a beeper-walkie-talkie that whenever someone calls you at home you just press the button and hear the conversation instead of having to run to pick up the home phone before it stops ringing…

You know the people who are at the gym when you are lifting weights instructing you how to lift weights, I am not saying you cant have them but what you need is make them give you massages after you work out, and the following day/days after you pause..why??because it softens the muscle and it makes you less sore or no sore at all…that way you are not afraid to go to the gym the following day or whenever is it that you are going…specially more women who get more sore than men I will think…

If there is any rich latin American person who wants to contribute to this cause, can, thinking about it as dumping money for there are more important things to create than this…It may sound silly but if you go from 1 country to the next in latin America guy/girl A will understand only: 50% or 60% of what guy/girl B from the other country said, even though we all speak Spanish…Something you could do is create a Latin America Spanish Vocabulary Continental Teaching Channel; that gives words that teaches the meaning of Spanish words not understood by the different countries…It may sound silly but the USA and the U.K have the same problems, the USA and India have the same problems… the U.K and India have the same problems too…I heard someone on tv said once that governments/commerce can lose money big time because of those misunderstandings…

YOU KNOW 2 COMPETITIONS THAT YOU CAN USE AS BOXING FOR TEENS AND YOUNG ADULT WOMEN FOR I DON’T THINK THEY GOT BOXING…JUMPING ROPES, HAMSTRING CURL MACHINE EXERCISE, ELIPTICAL, BACK-SHOULDER CURLS ROWING MACHINE, DOORWAY CHIN-UP BAR, BUTTERFLIES, S.A.Q. TRAINING BLOCKS, ROWING MACHINES, TWIN LEGS COMPETITIONS, DIPPING...EXERCISES THAT ARE RARE…AND IS BETTER THAN BOXING TOO…THE ELDERLY CAN DO IT TOO…Remember the Fear Factor game that used to come on tv??? You could create something similar in the water, a competition out of it, in a gigantic swimming pool…
