dude you work hard everyday, 8 to 12 hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week, sometimes with 2 jobs 365 YOU NEED A MASSAGE, AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH...the strongest muscle in your body is not you tricepts, bicepts or tight muscles, technically is your back, spine and hip...your back/spine sustains/grabs the entire body...

stress is a factor that can give you cancer, thats why you need massages...you will be surprise the amount of people globally that has back problems...

a back massage is something similar to stretching, very similar...

you know commercials/ads that come on tv, they appear every 5 minutes..i think they spend like: $10,000 a month...If they were to spend: $8,000 a month instead of: $10,000 a month and they were: 200 companies per each of the 200 countries in the world spending that much, with the: $2,000 left back it will be: $960 Million dollars per year, almost: $1 Billion dollars per year...
