This very short video is about the government refusing to allow attorneys representing stockholders of Fannie and Freddie to examine documents related to the government "nationalizing" both entities.
Please listen carefully where it says the terms of the agreement of bailout were unilaterally changed. I think most courts have held that when an agreement is entered into and terms are being met that in order to change the agreement both parties have to agree. I'm not an attorney but it seems the unilateral term may refer to Obama's now ruled illegal executive order through treasury.
