Well I am just waiting for the drawing to take place so I can take my place on the Powerball throne.  I know that someone has to win eventually and I think it is going to be me.  If not today soon yes soon I will not be denied.  I have been chasing this dream for the better part of ten years now and it has been illusive to say the least.  When I get my 5+1 ticket I will only shed tears of joy in knowing that I can begin a different life that is at least for me free of the financial burdens that life tends to put on us all.  I see the hope in that one day I will be on top of the lottery world for those few moments to savor the time.  To know that you are the jackpot winner and no one can take that from you.  My only wish is that my life is better than it has been once I step through those doors.-weshar75 

I was checking out the winners section on powerball website and they do not have a 06 winner yet.  So I think it will be an honor for me to kick off the 06 powerball winners section with my first powerball jackpot.  I know that there are many people who would like to have this spot but I think in the best interest of all I should be the one to take my spot as 06's first powerball winner.  I will enjoy my winning moment for years to come.-weshar75

Well Powerball is over $87 million in cash just think of all the things you could do with that kind of money.  That is why I got my ticket today and beat the rush for saturday's drawing.  Man that is a lot of cash if you really think about it.  The possiblities that you could do with all that money.  I would definitely have a fun time spending all that money.-Weshar75

Well I have hit the big time with the Powerball so what is the first thing you buy after the bills are all paid.  I will go to the local Ford dealer and get the new 2006 Ford Ranger FX4 Level II with all the bells and whistles.  Then for my mother I will get a new 2006 Ford Escape Limited Automatic with all the bells and whistles.  Both are V-6's so I am hoping that they will still be decent on the gas budget.  After that I do not know what other big purchases I will make this year.  Maybe a new t.v. for my room and some new clothes.  I will probably pave the drive way since it is just dirt and rock into a nice smooth surface.  Then take down the old building on our property and have a new two story garage slash apartment put in.  After that I will have the shade tree taken out and then the rest of our property landscaped both the front and the back of the house.  That is probably a good start to getting things looking better around here.-Weshar75 

Well it is up to over $75 million in cash so I hope that if you reside in a Powerball state that you run down to the local store and throw down a dollar or two for your chance at a big jackpot.  I already have my ticket because I bought it on sunday.  I am just waiting and hoping for my numbers to show up on wednesday.  You never know it could happen to any one of us here at the Lottery Post that tries there luck with Powerball.  I am just hoping it is weshar75's ticket.-Weshar75

Well I have my Powerball ticket for wednesday the first of february but if I do not win I am hoping for a two week roll over because I do not get paid until the 15th of february.  So I need some rollovers until my next pay day.  If this jackpot goes on a record run to $365 million I will be able to play or two weeks worth of roll overs.  If some one does win at least in two weeks I can start back up on the next jackpot run.-Weshar75

These are the numbers I decided to play today in Oregon all day today.  Numbers are:3568-5531-3017-1040-6975.  I played them for the Exact four hit today for the $5000 top prize so I need at least one of those sets to come home today and I will kick 2006 into a very good year.-Weshar75

Well my powerball and Pick4 tickets were all duds they said sorry not a winner.  I waited until this morning to check them to prolong the inevitable that I was a loser.  Better luck next time.-Weshar75

I am shooting for just the Straight hit today so I have picked four numbers off the prediction board to play for the rest of the three draws left here in Oregon today.  VJ's-5531, NG's-3017, WH's-1040 and WH's-6975.  I am going for the long shot but I am hoping for a four hit special today.-Weshar75
