Besides the usual ones like lose weight and exercise more I have my gambling ones.  Which is start to play "Pick 4" and now my next one is play "9/6 Jacks or better-Video Poker" slots when I go out to the casino.  I have been playing on the computer video poker for about a year now but I have not tried it in the casino yet with real money.  I think this is the year that I start to play video poker regularly when I am not regularly playing "Pick 4".  So my new ventures are "Pick 4" and "Jacks or better Video Poker" slots.

Well "sorry not a winner" for the 7:00 p.m. ticket so far 0 for 3 but you can not win them all.  I will try next weekend.

Well I had two lines and one was 0+0 and the other was 1+0 so no prize tonight.  Better luck next time.

Well my QP was 1673 and the results were 4311 so no prize tonight.  But it was fun to try something new for a change and I hope that in the future I can hit a prize level on Pick 4.

Well I got $3 from my mother and began the WESHAR75 "Pick 4" era with a $3 QP all exact order.  We will split the prize if it hits and I am hoping for a big hit on christmas eve.  I will post my 4 P.M. results tonight after the powerball and megabucks results are in.  Let the good times roll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

You know that I could possibly spend another year playing for and not gaining a thing from "pick 6" and "5+1" games here in Oregon.  So I have spent the better part of the morning reading the games offered here in Oregon from the state lottery.  I have found a game that I like besides Keno that plays every day.  Keno was a drain on the pocket book back in 2004 so I stopped playing because I would have my numbers that I would like to play and you could spend hours trying to get those numbers and not hit anything.  Besides the most I have ever won off Keno was a $2 QP for a little over $200.  So I do not think I am missing the ship on Keno.  But the game that is going to be my new focus in 2006 is none other than, you guessed it "Pick 4".  I have never played "Pick 4" in the almost 10 years I have been a regular lottery player and with the chance to win as much as $5000 for as little as $1 if you match exact order.  What have I got to lose, I think that I will start to play on the weekends for every one of the draws on saturday and sunday.  I will start out with QP's until I get the hang of it and then maybe will go to my own numbers.  I want 2006 to be different than the same old losing to the big jackpots games.  So maybe a smaller more realistic game to win at will for me be more fun to play.   

Well when I become the next lotto winner in 2006 for either the Oregon Megabucks or the Oregon Powerball I am going to splurge on one thing that I have always wanted to do.  I am going to take out $200 thousand and walk into Spirit Mountain Casino and head straight to the High limit area it is called "The Summit".  I will play every machine I have always wanted to play from the "Progressive Wheel of Fortune" $1 and $5  to the "Penguin Pays Deluxe" to "Queen of the Nile".  Their is also "Enchanted Forest", "Buzzards Bucks", and "U.S. Ace" to name of few ranging from $9 to $45 a spin.  They have a machine that is a "Red White & Blue Deluxe" $100 machine so I think that is $200 a spin.  I think that is to rich for my blood.  I think that that would drive me up a wall if I only got one spin off of a $100 bill.  I think the highest I would bet is $45 a spin if I had a lot of money.  But I also think it would be fun to try out all the high limit games that are under $50 a spin I am sure they have a few machines like that. 

Well folks if you are going to go into a casino and not get a club card in my opinion I think you are hurting yourself.  I started back in 2002 to use the Coyote Club Card at Spirit Mountain Casino to be a rated player for comps.  I did not think I was getting many points in the beginning because I did not play much but over time they build up.  So I redeem my points for $10 gas coupons which they do not give out any more.  Every now and then I will eat free the buffet off my points and this last birthday that I had they mailed me luggage for my birthday.  It was not fancy luggage but it was not cheap either it had the Logo of the casino and it's name all over it.  So you can get some things from the casino even if you are not a big spender because your points do add up over time.  As long as I play slots or card games at the casino within the 24 month period my points will not be taken away or deactivated.  I like the comp. system at my local casino. 

Well I went and got a $1 powerball ticket with powerplay for $2 and a $1 megabucks with kicker for $2 for this saturday.  I am hoping that "Centers Market" in Willamina is the lucky store for either my powerball or megabucks ticket.  I will split the cash with my mother if I hit the big time so we can both be free and clear.  Well see you after the draw with my results.
