Very Good News: U.S. Business Creation Hits Record High :-)

U.S. Business Creation Hits Record High

However the President may describe it, there’s no denying the good news.

Perhaps the Beltway press corps will someday acknowledge that the health of the economy is more important than the President’s Twitter commentary about the economy. In the meantime, reporters should take note as business creation reaches the highest level ever recorded in the United States.

.@FreemanWSJ on the economy: "The huge boom in business investment... I think that's what tells you it's not a sugar high. When companies make those investments, they buy new equipment, that's fuel for our economy that's used for years to come."

Twitter Ads info and privacy

White House Council of Economic Advisers Chairman Kevin Hassett highlighted this extremely  encouraging trend  at a Monday press briefing. Mr. Hassett  first described for reporters why it's important and how his team measures such things:

Now, one of the things that I can remember at the American Enterprise Institute talking a lot about before I came in here was the fact that entrepreneurship in America was falling off. And one of the ways we can measure entrepreneurship is that, if you start a new business, that you have to apply for an ID number — a tax ID number — for your business.

The government has been tracking these data since the third quarter of 2004, and the recent trend is striking. The 876,201 new business applications in the second quarter of 2018 were the most ever recorded. In fact, the totals for each of the six quarters in which Donald Trump has been in the White House are higher than for each of the quarters from the start of the series through the end of 2016. The quarterly total in the pre-Trump era had never reached 800,000 and the U.S. has now been fortunate enough to exceed that total for three straight quarters. There’s no guarantee that Mr. Trump won’t describe such results inaccurately on Twitter. Regardless, the results are better than they have ever been.

On Monday Mr. Hassett shared with journalists the reaction of White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders when he showed her a chart showing new applications rising well above the Obama-era trend:

And, you know, Sarah... is a calculus geek. And so she looked at that one, and said, “Jeez, that looks like a very strong second derivative to me.” And then, I said, “I didn’t know you did calculus.” And she said, “I like calculus better than talking to these guys.”

?@KimStrassel

One amusing aspect of the flap over Trump's comments about last time GDP was higher than unemployment rate: Whether it is 12 years or 100 years, it still never happened under Obama.

Of course one doesn’t need to enjoy calculus to prefer it to fielding questions from White House correspondents. This week journalists have been having fun pretending that the biggest story in economics is the President incorrectly tweeting that the rate of economic growth is higher than the unemployment rate for the first time in more than a century. In fact it’s only the first time since 2006. And it is very good news.

Ready for President Trump in 2020 ?

Ready for President Trump in 2020 ?

bySusan Estrich (sestrich@law.usc.edu) teaches law and political science at the University of Southern California. She writes for Creators Syndicate.

The big problem on my side of the aisle these days is that so many people hate Trump so much that they cannot acknowledge his strengths among voters and simply cannot believe he could possibly win. And in this, they are sadly wrong. Not only could Trump win; he probably will if Democrats remain locked in a state of denial. Trump has at least three big advantages.

First and foremost, it’s the economy, stupid, as it always is. We are at full employment economy. The market keeps climbing. Sure, the rich are getting richer, and that offends liberal sensitivities, but working -- even if you are not getting rich -- is better than not working. When the economy slumps, the incumbent gets blamed; when the economy is strong, the incumbent wins. For better or for worse, that is basically how things work.

Second, as my father used to say at the track, you can’t beat a horse with no horse. Right now, if you get three Democrats together, they will have at least two, and potentially three, different candidates. And even so, as if to acknowledge the problems, they will still be asking where the next Bill Clinton or Barack Obama is. We didn’t know about them in advance, did we? We did. Former President Clinton was the boy wonder of the Democratic Party, the youngest governor in the country. Former President Obama stole the Democratic National Convention with his amazing keynote when he was an Illinois state senator. And Clinton, who ran as a moderate, would have a much more difficult time winning the nomination today than he did in the wake of three straight Democratic losses. That’s because, excepting 1992, primaries and caucuses on the Democratic side almost always tilt liberal, which is how Sen. Bernie Sanders came so close to beating Hillary Clinton, and which is why Sen. Elizabeth Warren would be such a strong primary candidate. The primary process is also grueling, a miserable marathon, we called it on bad days, which is why some Democrats worry that Joe Biden, a great vice presidential candidate who might have even beaten Trump the first time, might not get to the finals this time; not only will beating Trump be more difficult but marathons, at least in the past, were not his strong suit.

That brings me to the third reason, which my friends just hate. I’m sorry, Donald Trump may be many things, but he is not stupid. He is not in over his head; he’s been swimming along just fine. He is shrewd. You don’t get to be president without being shrewd. Blame former FBI Director James Comey, but Trump took some hard hits, too. Looking forward, you might try to convince yourself that the problem was Hillary Clinton, that she lost. I don’t see it that way. Clinton fought hard. Trump won. And he could do it again.

Quit Turning Sacred Funerals Into Political Spectacles

Death Be Not Loud

By Michelle Malkin

Question: What is more cringe-inducing than a celebrity funeral?

Answer: Two back-to-back celebrity funerals.

The ghoulish twin spectacles last week memorializing Aretha Franklin and John McCain brought out the worst in family, friends and frenemies. No matter your partisan affiliation, these vulgar exercises in self-indulgence should serve as object lessons on how not to depart with dignity.

There was the nation's most infamous anti-Semite, Louis Farrakhan, smiling like the Cheshire cat onstage with hate crime hoax godfather Al Sharpton and shakedown con artist Jesse Jackson, who exploited his honored platform to threaten funeral attendees: "If you leave here today and don't register to vote, you're dishonoring Aretha."

There was lascivious 72-year-old Bill Clinton ogling 25-year-old Ariana Grande, who was wearing slightly more fabric than she normally wears, roughly equivalent to two 12- by 12-inch lace doilies, as she warbled "Natural Woman." (Clinton's latest public display of asininity closely rivaled his indecent conduct at his former Commerce Secretary Ron Brown's funeral, where the master media manipulator fake-cried after news videographers captured him yukking it up after the National Cathedral service.)

There was boorish Bishop Charles H. Ellis III copping a side-feel of Grande's barely covered bosom in the name of "friendliness."

There was Atlanta pastor Jasper Williams hijacking the Detroit dais to share his unsolicited views on crime and parenting.

And there was Georgetown professor Michael Eric Dyson taking a somber moment to honor Aretha Franklin's transcendent talent by wallowing in Trump Derangement Syndrome. Dyson called the president a "lugubrious leech," "dopey doppleganger of deceit and deviance," "lethal liar," "dimwitted dictator" ."

A-plus for alliterative abomination!

Not to be outdone by the disrespectful requiem for the Queen of Soul, the five-day, three-city McCain processional marathon featured a vindictive blacklist (reportedly devised by the decedent himself); passive-aggressive eulogy swipes at President Trump by Meghan McCain, Joe Biden, Barack Obama and George W. Bush; and a hyperbolic media declaration about how the late Arizona senator's passing augured "the death of political courage" itself.

Spoiler alert: Political courage survived.

The fact that President Trump is living rent-free in the heads of so many camera-ready mourners says more about the Hollywood and D.C. swamps than it does about anything else. Outside La-La Land and the polarized realm of the Resistance, sane Americans live grounded and healthier lives defined primarily and centrally by family, faith, hard work, quiet charity, devotion to community and self-improvement.

And you, dear politicians, entertainers and bitterly clinging entourages, are not at the center of it.

We've seen this graveyard narcissism intertwined with crass partisanship during televised death rituals before. The late Democratic Sen. Paul Wellstone's funeral, after he perished in a plane crash, reeked of electoral opportunism before the 2002 midterms. In front of 21,000 Minnesotans who had gathered to pay tribute to the man, his family and other aides who died in the tragic accident, Democratic leaders gracelessly turned the memorial into a 3.5-hour campaign rally to elect Wellstone's stand-in. Campaign treasurer Rick Kahn led a chorus of boos directed at then Sen. Majority Leader Trent Lott, who had traveled from Mississippi to pay his respects, and former GOP Sen. Rod Grams.

Then-Governor Jesse Ventura, an independent, condemned the circus and said the Democrats' grandstanding "drove the first lady (Ventura's wife, Terry) to tears;" the couple walked out in protest. GOP senatorial candidate Norm Coleman went on to defeat Wellstone's replacement, the dinosaur Walter Mondale, in what political observers from both sides of the aisle agree was a passionate voter backlash against the funeral fecklessness.

But the main reason for self-restraint, of course, is not electoral self-preservation. It's soul preservation. Sniping about partisan politics on any pulpit or any platform after anyone of any stature has died is just plain petty. Such unhinged diatribes diminish the ranters more than the targets of the rants.

The deeds of the dead should speak for themselves. All else is futile sound and fury, grotesque pomp and theater, meaningless dust in the made-for-TV wind.

Cory Booker's stunt backfires bigtime as Grassley beats him

Cory Booker’s grandstanding stunt backfires bigtime as Grassley beats him at his own game – and then some

September 6, 2018 |  Vivek Saxena

An attempt by loudmouth liberal Sen. Cory Booker to hijack Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing Thursday blew up in his face big time.

It all started when the obnoxious New Jersey Democrat  threatened to commit an act of “civil disobedience” by releasing a confidential Kavanaugh email.

“I am going to release the e-mail about racial profiling and I understand that the penalty comes with potential ousting from the Senate,” the arrogant senator, who had the gall to liken himself to Spartacus, bloviated during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday.

Source:  Cory Booker threatens to release Kavanaugh email about racial profiling by  BPR

While working for the administration of then-President George W. Bush in 2002, only months after Islamic terrorists had killed 3000 Americans, Kavanaugh allegedly sent an email touting his belief that the federal government should use racial profiling to root out terrorism.

That wasn’t a controversial view at the time, but this wouldn’t have mattered to Booker’s radical base, ergo why he pulled this stunt and implied that Kavanaugh had been a supporter of racial profiling. And it would have worked had two additional things not happened.

First, Booker released the email in question. And second, Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley released not only that email, but scores of other documents as well. What makes all this so wonderfully beautiful for conservatives is that the documents that were released,  including the email Booker foolhardily leaked, proved him to be a disingenuous hack.

Not all forays into politics are equal. Two companies in the news in the past few days highlight this lesson. This is the story of In-N-Out versus Nike. And the Silent Majority has spoken.

Let’s start with In-N-Out Burger. Liberals decided to call for a national boycott because In-N-Out committed the sin of donating to the Republican Party. How idiotic is the idea of boycotting a company for making a political donation? Almost every company, even the small businesses you buy from, is run by someone who has a political opinion.

The right to have that opinion is protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It’s what so many millions of young Americans have died for on bloody battlefields all over the world.

Most businesses — or their CEOs — make political contributions. Participating in politics is as American as apple pie. Most of us never know the politics of the businesses we buy from. Or care. If I like a product, I’ll buy it. I don’t care who you donate to. But boycotting businesses who give to the Republican Party is idiotic.

First, the GOP controls the presidency, Senate and House. It has a large majority of the country’s governors and lieutenant governors. It controls the majority of state legislatures. The GOP dominates America.

Yet liberals and the liberal media paint political conservatives as extremists. Liberals are kidding themselves. Pure delusion. Our views are common sense and mainstream. You’re the radical, extreme ones. You’re the ones who are out of touch.

SHOCK PHOTOS: Kavanaugh ‘Protesters’ Caught Getting Paid Hard CASH

Adam Schindler captured one of the so-called protestors accepting a cash payment on Capitol Hill

Yesterday, Linda Sarsour who had once called for a “jihad” in the USA,  who also represents the Women’s March stormed into the confirmation hearing of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Herself, along with seventy others as confirmed earlier this morning by Sen. Chuck Grassley were arrested.

This is the same Linda Sarsour who is instructing voters to #JustDoIt and vote Democrat regardless if they like the candidates or not. Sarsour made that clear in the video below.

Trending:  WATCH: Laura Loomer Confronts Twitter Jack at Censorship Hearing, Gets Thrown Out

During and after the Presidential Elections of 2016 and throughout President Trump’s tenure people have made claims that protestors are being paid. Turns out, conservative personality Adam Schindler was able to obtain unequivocal proof.

He not only got photos of money exchanging hands but also got footage of the woman who received it being kicked out of Kavanuagh’s confirmation hearing.

In the photo below, it appears money is being exchanged. Basically, a guy with a folder with wads of cash, jotting down their names and handing over payment.

#DesperateDemocrats are literally targeting people who will do anything for a buck!

Here is the same woman who just received payment being escorted out of the Confirmation Hearing.

Read Adam’s full report  here.

This is astounding and very concerning.  It seems that the #DesperateDemocrats will use people that are malleable, vulnerable and socially challenged to execute these acts.

We recently saw video footage of candidate Ocasio-Cortez approaching children with  the intent to recruit them. Is it because they are vulnerable, are malleable to manipulate their parents?

These actions show just how desperate the Democrats are when the only thing they have to run on is “resistance” to President Trump.

Their messages are so incredible and far fetched they are borderline insane like the campaign picture below that @RealJamesWood tweeted this morning.

The #DesperateDemocrats prey on those that are vulnerable, socially hindered, young and old and so desperate for money – so desperate that they will do and say anything.  That is how ISIS recruits mercenaries. Mercenaries don’t care about causes, they don’t belong to any specific group, they don’t have loyalty to a party or country, they don’t care about who gets hurt or what means are used to get to the outcome as long as they get paid.

In essence the #DesperateDemocrats are using mercenaries to do their work.  We’ve all seen that “movie” before and it’s still an ongoing problem in the Middle East because mercenaries are “loyal” to the highest bidder.

I have an interesting Jacky Rosen campaign story. And I’ll bet you’ll be surprised by the ending.

First, a general overview of the hatred coming from liberals. It’s outrageous, shocking and un-American. It has to stop.

I don’t like your liberal views. You don’t like my conservative views. But that doesn’t mean I hate you — the person. I’m Jewish by birth, and most of my relatives are liberal. I may dislike their views, but I love my aunts and uncles. I know how to separate the politics from the person.

But the hatred and threats by liberals toward conservatives are ruining discourse and civility in America. They want to destroy us. They want to bankrupt us. They want to sic the IRS on us. They want to ban us, censor us, stop us from even speaking on college campuses, stop us from donating to conservative causes. But those views are un-American. Don’t we have freedom of speech and choice in America?

In California, liberal activists and the Democrat Party chairman are asking for a boycott of In-N-Out Burger for the “sin” of donating $25,000 to the California GOP. So now business owners can lose their business if they simply write a check to the GOP?

Closer to home, here’s an example of the incivility.

Last Tuesday, I was working out in my home gym at 9 p.m. when my cellphone rang. The person on the other end identified himself as calling from the Jacky Rosen for U.S. Senate campaign. Boy, do you have the wrong guy, I said. I told them I was Wayne Allyn Root, the conservative talk host and RJ columnist. “It’s probably a good idea not to waste your time calling me,” I said. I thought it was funny.

The voice on the other end said. “You’re Wayne Allyn Root? Really? Oh, that’s great. We’re going to call you 100 times a day. We’re going to make your life miserable.”

After that, they rang my phone 13 times in a row. Starting at midnight they called 12 more times. The next day, the calls began again — even during my national radio show.

I had my manager call Jacky Rosen’s office to tell them the whole story. We asked them to please call us by 3 p.m. to let me know this nightmare had ended. We asked for an apology.

Snopes: Former Secretary of State Kissinger on Trump @ 84 yrs

  Kissinger on Trump

Snopes is a Soros controlled site………..

Snopes splits hairs in labeling this FALSE but after listening to the interview on FACE THE NATION I believe this captures Kissingers msg.

I think this says it all!

----

Kissinger is now 94 years old.

Recently, Henry Kissinger did an interview and said very amazing things regarding President Trump.  He starts with: “Donald Trump is a phenomenon that foreign countries haven’t seen before”!

  https://christianjournal.net/ podcast/henry-kissinger-suppor ts-trump-calls-trump-phenomeno n-foreign-countries-havent- seen/

The former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger gives us a new understanding of President Donald Trump’s foreign policy and predicts its success:  “Liberals and all those who favor (Hillary) Clinton will never admit it. They will never admit that he is the one true leader. The man is doing changes like never before and does all of it for the sake of this nation’s people.   After eight years of tyranny, we finally see a difference.”

Kissinger knows it and he continues with

:“Every country now has to consider two things: One, their perception that the previous president, or the outgoing president, basically withdrew America from international politics, so that they had to make their own assessments of their necessities. And secondly, that there is a new president who’s asking a lot of unfamiliar questions. And because of the combination of the partial vacuum and the new questions, one could imagine that something remarkable and new emerges out of it.”

Then Kissinger puts it bluntly:    “Trump puts America and its people first. This is why people love him and this is why he will remain in charge for so long. There is not a single thing wrong with him and people need to open their eyes.”  When he boasts that he has a “bigger red button” than Kim Jung Un does, he so transcends the mealy-mouthed rhetoric of the past, thereby forcing a new recognition of American power.

Kissinger once wrote:  “The weak grow strong by effrontery – The strong grow weak through inhibition!”

No sentence better captures the U.S.-North Korea relationship.

Trump is discarding the inhibitions and calling the bluff on North Korea’s effrontery:  His point is that the contrast of American retreat under Obama and its new assertion of power under Trump creates a new dynamic that every one of our allies and of our enemies must consider.  Our allies grew complaisant with Obama’s passivity and now are fearful due to Trump’s activism. And they must balance the two in developing their policies:  They realize that the old assumptions, catalyzed by Bush 43’s preoccupation with Iraq and Obama’s refusal to lead are obsolete.  So, Trump is forcing a new calculus with a new power behind American interests.  Those — here and abroad — who rode the old apple cart worry about its being          toppled.

But, as Kissinger so boldly stated:    “Trump is the one true leader in world affairs and he is forcing policy changes that put America first! ”

This is the most accurate statement of what the American  Citizens  who live outside of the swamp want and expect from their government.
