Workout Taterman is using
Take the last wining number say 1 3 7...under 137 you put 112 and 211
1 1 2
2 1 1...and add them together.. 4 5 0
4 5 0....add the 137 and the 450 together..
1 3 7
4 5 0
5 8 7 ....And then do the mirror
1 3 7 6 8 2
4 5 0 9 0 5
5 8 7 0 3 2 ....And there is your workout..
When you back test this i like to go at least 4 draws out...Good Luck..
