Everyone knows the 2020 election results had complaints of voter machines not counting votes, absentee ballots, inaccurate voter rolls, minorities not being able to vote, etc. 

Apparently we were having the same problems all the way back at the 2004 election. So how come we still have the same problems today? Maybe it's on purpose.
