MD, I think that is volume 1, I'm sure there are 4 or 5 more volumes. There is nothing, they aren't offended by...
What makes them think the way they do? Are they born that way or do they get it from their parents teachings. For a fact, they do not teach that stuff in school.

@CARBOB, that is an age old question and I doubt if ANYONE could answer it. The nearest I can figure is that all is learned on the street. Everyone trying best the other. Hatred and Racism are their main staples...
