we suspect if diabetes is genetic, then...
Published:
... how do you explain the increased rate of diabetes in dogs.
Our older dog Jake and we think our dog Lucy that died this last spring have and had diabetes.
They have had all the symtoms: extreme thirst and weight loss.
Jake now can't get enough water.
Anytime I have even a small glass of any liquid, he's whining for some.
When I do give him some, he licks tbe bowl dry several times over.
We suspect the lie about diabetes' cause being only genetic will be uncovered.
