In an article there were statistics about who buys tickets and so far.  Well it seems only about 5% of the America population buy lotto tickets.  Of that 5% only about 1% of them may play in a Lotto Pool.  Now here is the good news.  Of all Major Wins on Major Lottery Drawings, 80% is won by Lotto Pools.

That makes me feel good.  Makes is sound like we have better chance than the 1 in 175,711,536 odds we are facing.

Now the strange thing is we have all these tickets and we have only won on two tickets.  So far all the Mega Balls have been even and we have every even Mega Ball.

Now Tuesday marks the sixth drawing of you ten drawings you have.  That means, next Friday is the halfway mark before the game ends.  Next Friday is also a payday for Citi Employees, so you may want to consider paying me your money for the shares you wish to purchase early.

Now I am usually off on Friday and Saturday's.  You can always give a Post Dated check, or give me your money anytime after payday.

A Synagogue's Custom

A young scholar from New York was invited to become Rabbi in a small old community in Chicago. On his very first Shabbat, a hot debate erupted as to whether one should or should not stand during the reading of the Ten Commandments.

The next day, the rabbi visited 98 year-old Mr. Katz in the nursing home. "Mr. Katz, I'm asking you, as the oldest member of the community," said the rabbi, "what is our synagogue's custom during the reading of the Ten Commandments?"

"Why do you ask?" asked Mr. Katz.

"Yesterday we read the Ten Commandments. Some people stood, some people sat. The ones standing started screaming at the ones sitting, telling them to stand up. The ones sitting started screaming at the ones standing, telling them to sit down... "
