While I was in New Rochelle today, I kept seeing a Cement mixer truck with the number 698, every turn i made there it was. I went to have photos taken for my insurance and i had to return three times to the same area and there was the trump tower condos being built, finally on my way to the Hutchinson river parkway a few hours later there that truck was in front of me with.
