I forgot to mention that I take a daily capsule of ginger root.
550 mg I think.
A rexall product.
Take it to control dizziness. Was bad sick with vertigo awhile back so I started to take the ginger root to help control any reoccurances.

for vertigo - have a bottle of water or any liquid handy - take a few gulps before you get up from sitting or lying position.
getting over the crud myself. lasted over 3 weeks. Mucinex helped with symptoms.

Feel a bit better this am. Up 4 or 5 times last night going to bathroom. A lot of fluids flushing thru my system.
Used my chloraseptic for the sore throat evrey time I got up.
Sore throat about gone.

I was wondering where you were. I'm sorry you are sick...get better and hit me up at the beach...lol I take echinacea pills during the cold and flu season and I normally don't get sick. You can go to Dollar General and get 60 pills for 3.00 which is a really good price because those pills work wonders at building up the immune system. If you get some it will boost your immune system and systems won't last as long. The key to those pills are taking 2 pills at the first sign of a cold/flu and it will knock it right out. Feel Better!!! :-)

This is ragweed season. Talk to the pharmacist about possibly using an allergy med which can sometimes help cold symptoms. A pharmacist will let you know which ones interact with other meds you may be taking .... just to play it safe.
