This is typical of liberals.  They encourage illegals but they don't want to have to have their families interact with them.  Keep them with the poor

So where do the Feds think these Refugees going to find jobs in these povery stricken high unemployment areas?
Sticking them in these districts to increase the Democrat vote. AKA government plantations.
