Likely the raw streets of Chicago are probably more violent than its jail!

Send them to the border to build the wall like Boston offered to do. The prisoners want to be in gangs? Bring back the chain gangs.

Obama's home town is Chicago. Why isn't he moving back there so his presence can make a difference in that violence? At this rate Chicago will become another Detroit.
