Maybe this wasn't the case at this college but this is a standard CAIR tactic......they wave $1M at a college as a 'donation' with the stipulation that the college hires a professor of CAIR's choice to teach Middle Eastern Studies.
Once in place the professor starts teaching this kind of malarkey.
