I added symmetry to MM & PB QS

I added Symmetry to the Quantum Selections for Mega Million 2006-11-28 and Powerball 2006-11-29.
I'll be adding other Quantum values to the picking method at some other point in time.
For now, let's see how Powerball Selections works out for Wednesday.
