Container garden [the sick cuke saga]
Published:
Went out today and most all the leaves have spots on them except one center leaf. Got disgusted and nipped of all the leaves except the center leaf. Came in and done some research on cuke diseases and may need to get copper fungicide. Should be good for other plants as well. Looks like the home brew of baking soda did not cut the mustard.
See if the cuke survives this episode.
Pepper plants look like flowers beginning to form. They are healthy.
Changing the size of the containers I will be making. Going 14"x14" square x16"deep. Then I will add a board in each corner making an octagon. Did not want to mess with eight corners when I can do it with four. I will cap the triangular corners when done. That should be big enough for most plants.
Rest of the flowers are doing fine.
