Painting in bathroom is finished. We got the eggshell white. I had the ceiling primed coated with a primer sealer after I finished skim coating it with joint compound awhile back. Put the eggshell paint on the ceiling and on un-primed walls which had an off color white on it.[big mistake] The ceiling came out fine and the off color white shown right through the egg shell color on the walls. Noticed some nicks and scrapes with old paint runs that stuck out on the walls. Done some sanding and fixed the nicks and scrapes with joint compound. Got the primer out and primed the walls to cover the off color white. Today I put the final coat of eggshell on the walls. Tomorrow I will install the compression rod for the shower curtain and the compression pole with the corner shelves. I want to let the paint set hard first even though it is quick drying paint.  The bathroom looks good to me. Painted those stinkin walls three times. I will never use eggshell again unless it is a new unpainted wall or has eggshell already on it. I will get semi-gloss paint with my choice of color.

The water melon, muskmelon and butternut squash seeds are up. Might get some acorn squash seed also.

Got some cherry tomatoes that have started ripening on the vine.

The eggplant are not producing. Flowers dropping off.

My wife made two 4 x 8  loaves of zucchini bread last night with one zucchini from the garden.
