What nutrients are you missing? Did you over water or not enough water?

I gave them the ironite 12-10-10 with micro-nutrients plus bone meal with calcium. I think the nutrients were sufficient. Other wise I would need to do a soil test. I pretty much kept track of the watering with the moisture meter.
The leaves are covered with white spots so I would assume any one of these, powdery mildew, downy mildew, bacterial wilt and mosaic viruses.
My daughter looked it up and said it was powdery mildew. She said one cause is to much moisture and humidity which we have a lot of here.
