The gym exercise chronicles

To keep track of any progress made that I am back to the gym again after a one year absence I will log my body measurements today. That is what a blog is for. A journal on what you want to post in it.
I will only need to take future measurements at maybe two or three month intervals.

Weight____ 211 lbs
neck______17 in
shoulder___45 in [wrap around measure]
biceps__right arm 12.5 in____left arm 13 in
chest_____44 in
waist_____45 in
hips______41 1/2 in
thighs__right leg 20 in______left leg 23 in
calf____right leg 15 1/2 in___left leg 16 in

You can tell I walk with the cane using my left hand and favor the right leg with the bad hip.
