You got a lot of strength training going on.
Need to put some sweat equity in as well, stair climber, cycling and tread mill burns calories.

Do they have any trainers their if so see if they can taylor some exercises to help you loose weight. Also meal planning.

I am limited on my exercises where I need to be on my feet. My right hip socket rubs bone on bone and can not put to much pressure on it and I can not walk any distance before it turns to pain. I even need to use the handicapped cart in the market or use a shopping cart as a walker.
I slipped on my diet plan this past week as I was eating what I should have not been. Cheese cake with ice cream, cookies and raspberry cheese buns topped with white frosting.
I do use that Scifit machine as it is a sitting down exercise where I pedal and have handles on each side to work my arms. The machine says I am burning about 60 calories in 15 minutes doing about 2 miles.

maybe its time for hip replacement va hospital ortho and get checked out.
