Dreaming Now

Published:

Today has been building astrologically all week culminating in today's lunar eclipse in Leo's new moon.   What may not be readily apparent is that Mercury is well aspected in this lunar Leo framework (eclipse 947 a.m. GMT).   Briefly, if you've been following 718, 1718, 5718, since my first post a few days ago, you'll note they continue to fall.  I promise that's Mercury working its 718 magic.  The time of Leo is supposed to bring 1's and 4's (I've seen 1414 about a hundred times the last couple days), but I've seen 777 and 555 follow Leo with pride (pun intended).

I wanted to touch on some aspects (earthly, kind of) that we don't discuss.  It's not because we cannot but rather because we will not.  Ever have a dream that you simply would not speak, would not bring up or discuss, because it was simply too much?  Too emotional, too frightening, too real?  This week, for some, that has been where our slumber has taken us.  So I will broach the subject here, albeit perhaps an uncomfortable discussion.

We are heavily into the time of Leo.  That's no sleeping feline giant representing.  That's a roaring, in your face, I'm the King or Queen, energy that demands respect.  What this week has brought to some have been dreams too real to deal with on the conscious level.

Perhaps you are heavily vested in the horror genre, or perhaps a crime whodunit addict, or perhaps watching the naked people try to survive is the thing.  Maybe a romantic, where Sense and Sensibility rules?  Every nuance, every minor detail in that other reality we tune into could have arrived on your pillow to jar you a little.   It could be music, a gym workout, or just being the gadfly about town.  My point is that what you are doing in your real world may have run headlong into your dream world this week.  If so, it's ok.  You do not have to talk about it, might choose to push it to the nether region of your mind - you get the picture.   My goal is to clue you into the fact that there are certain times of the year astrologically when these dreams will come and they are ultimately important.

I have several different types of dreams - lucid, prophetic, nonsensical, to name a few.  The dreams of this week border on nightmares with the difference being no one actually gets hurt.   My dreams consisted of one about fire.  Everywhere fire.  I was not in danger but I could not escape the flames.  I did not panic and woke up wondering rather than yelling.  Another dream involved someone from the remote past who mattered to me the most but is now gone from me.  This person was sick, in a medical setting, and seemed to be asking me to stay or help in some manner.  However, every effort to reach this person ended in another corner, another elevator, just out of reach, and disappearing from view.  I awoke from this dream troubled because this person rarely walks through my conscious state let alone my sleep state.  Finally, the mother of all dreams this week was being in a household and identifying an ex of someone in the house (not me) who was inclined to violence.  There was back and forth, everyone was safe, and then came the banging on the door.  I was the only person present (but not the intended victim, at least I thought) when I noted a kitchen type chair that could be lodged under the door knob.   I was yelling to let others in the house know "he" was back, but I failed to make it to the door to lodge the chair.  At that point, the person on the other side started crashing the door in.  I awoke right at that point and was not in a good place at all.

So this was my dream week and my inclination was absolutely not to think about it anymore let alone speak it.  I am up on current news flashes, follow a few feeds, and watch a small amount of cable news.   All of these dreams could be messages, numbers, etc., but none are nonsensical.  Rooted in each dream is something I need to pay attention to, like it or not.  Because of Leo's influence with Mars retrograde, I believe this is a strong time of not being careless - with anything - driving, working, playing, etc.   I often talk about astrological influence on impulse behavior, especially anger.  This is a little different because anger sometimes seemingly comes out of nowhere (like a bad day taken out on everyone) while careless behavior can trigger the worst anger and the worst result.

Were my dreams the result of watching too much TV?  Most things in the waking world have the capacity to influence your dreams but for me this is way too easy.  For me, chances are greater I have not been paying attention to my dreams and my subconscious found another way to get my attention.  Ironically, I can get a little too focused on the numbers sometimes -like waking up and thinking, ok, what numbers are associated with "fire."   Even I can get carried away and miss the real point, even though fire is associated with 817 (hey Sooz!).   I said ultimately important.  A troubling series of dreams can be a purge of sorts.   You are building information, anxiety, questions, frustrations, and when you dream intensely, those emotions are right there.  I'm an innie - I do not wear my emotions and have a hard time letting go of anger.  Dreams can help us get this stuff out, whether we are ready or willing.  It may just be what is good for us in the long run.

I chose to talk about dreaming today because a constant here at LP is "how to come up with winning numbers?"   My first rule is to stay a part of LP - listen, participate, learn, agree, disagree - whatever you are comfortable with, just be a constant here.  Finding what works for you consistently will probably be a mix, or perhaps someone here at LP has the best system that works for you.  On a personal note, I am absolutely certain that if you want to use your given gifts and tools, developed or not, you can improve your ability to do many things, including picking winning numbers.  You have to open your mind and be willing to start.  Work on that.

If your dreams bothered you this week a little more than normal, don't sweat it.  There truly is a time for everything.   I'll discuss more specifics on how to improve dream messages soon.  May the fortune you need find you.   Cool
