My gym exercise chronicles

Went four days this week.

Do not take my exercise schedule with me any more. I pretty much know what exercises I do and I set the weight at a comfortable level and do as many reps as I want depending on my energy level. I mostly like to skip a couple days on an exercise except for a couple of them. I do three or four different ones each day except for the bat swing and scifit ride which I generally do daily.

 

I still have a splash of vinegar in juice daily. I also added hot green tea [no cream, no sugar] to my diet which I have a cup of with each meal. Discovered the health benefits of green tea the other day. I probably read about it before but forgot about it.
Work my weight down to 190-195
