Muscles getting stronger.
Switched to the stationary bike instead of the Scifit rider.
Weight is up and down this week. Been into the donut box too much.
Had a little fun at the gym the last couple visits. I take a 16 oz bottle of water with me in a plastic bottle. At the end of my gym visit when the bottle is empty I walk over to the trash can and remove the cap. Then I take the bottle and hold it over the trash can and grit and grimace my face like I am exerting real hard and crush the bottle with one hand and then drop it in the trash can. You can hear the bottle go crunch, crunch
