Think I am up and down with water weight. Low weight during week 210 lbs with a high of 214 lbs.

Still toning the muscles up and have put more focus on the chest and back muscles.

Leg muscles are coming along fine as I can do 50 reps or more @ 70 lbs on the leg curl and lateral raise machine.

Walking much better with less pain and dependency on the crutch. 

Still need to keep the focus on the starch and carb intake. Have been slipping on what I have been eating.

All the exercises work the lungs also and have seen an improvement in the coloration of phlegm raised. I have COPD with a suspicion of it being silicosis.

Keep up with the exercises Jap. People don't realize what exercise can do for the Body, Mind, and spirit.
