Seems like it, ed, but that's for CA to sort out.

What gets me is being accused of "not voting for your own best interests" - as though a vote for a Republican (or a Libertarian) will not benefit me. I never looked at it that way, that if I voted for someone it could benefit me personally. No, I vote for what I think is beneficial for the country.
