Origin of the subject title: "Soup to nuts" is an American English idiom that conveys the meaning of "from beginning to end". It is derived from the description of a full course dinner, in which courses progress from soup to a dessert of nuts.

I won't connect with my wallet, thanks for the info. Soros needs a dirt nap.

Progesso will be our go to if we need soup etc.

TY jarasan. I mostly used their Cream of Mushroom soup to make "poor boy Stroganoff" but I found generic or even the dollar store brand to be just as suitable. I certainly couldn't tell the difference in the final product. I probably should make my own, but opening a can is so convenient.
