The gym report

Went to the gym this afternoon. Just got back as a matter of fact.

Done some leg curls of up and down weights about 25 pounds each.
Rode the bike for 15 minutes to exercise my legs and lungs.Yes Nod

Have not been to the gym in about five weeks.

Good to go back! I bought one of those M5 bowflex max trainers a few months back, love it, no excuses not to get on that thing when we don't feel like going the gym. It touts a 14 minute max work out program it'll crush the avg. person you gotta work up to it. I go manual for 30 - 40 minutes, it has cardio, hill, strength etc programs well made machine, heart monitors cal burn.... We also have a Sole F63 treadmill. My point is, aerobic exercise is good for you, especially for blood pressure and metabolism maintenance. Keep it up!

Having an exerciser at home makes it convenient.
