The daily grind

Published:

Went to Home Depot this morning, Picked up a 40 pound bag of 10-10-10 ferlizerBig Grin for about $13.00. Purchased a new dimmer switch for the ceiling light that was going bad. Also purchased a can of drain cleaner for the laundry drain. The laundry drain seems to get built up with soap scum in the elbow just below the floor level. I will pour in some drain cleaner tomorrow and ream it with a snake while running water into it to flush it.

Got home and changed the dimmer switch plus I ferlizedBig Grin the flowers and watered that in.

Turning out to be quite an exciting day for someone that does pretty much nothing recently.Green laugh

The best way to help/clear a slow drain.....make sure drain is in static state, no water flow, pour drain cleaner into drain maybe half bottle of liquid drano for eg. let sit for at least 4 hours, boil two large as possible pots of water so water is roiling boiling, w/ first pot, proceed to sink or shower wherever the trouble drain is and quart by quart pour the first pot down that drain, then take the second large pot and pour it straight down, let us know how that works for you.
