I just know if he had shot one or both of the hood rats, and I was on the grand jury trying to indict him, I would have voted to "no bill" him...and then led a movement to give him an award: "For meritorious achievement in taking out the trash".

No doubt about it, he showed excellent restraint on all counts. Kudos.

I wish we could have seen what led up to the punks attacking the officer; maybe he just told them to move along, but no matter what he said, there's no excuse for attacking a cop. If he said or acted inappropriately, did something not in keeping with his duties, then they should have filed a complaint against him, not savagely attacked.

A lot more restraint than I would have shown, maddog. Like I said, I don't have the temperament for that job and am glad there are people who do have that quality.
