Yup, I'm in complete agreement with you. Here's the thing: anyone who spends $500 on a lottery system is never going to want to admit that they blew thousands of dollars buying the system plus all the numbers that it forces you to play. That's basic human psychology. So you're left with some guy who rips people off to the tune of $500 (or more) a pop, and nobody complains. What a racket!

Well, well, well... I also got a mailing from good ol' Steve (OPCOM). Except for CA it is called Flex-Five System for $495. In the 2 Page brochure Steve says that the CA players are special. I have bought from Steve before, but will pass on this one. A friend of mine suggests that perhaps OPCOM has been sold, and the new owner is starting an aggressive marketing approach.

Steve Steve Steve......What a rollercoaster ride that was.

Like I've said since in the LP, the only good system he has is a tracking system, which relies on experience looking at number behavior on a chart. Just like the stock market. All the other ones really blow....LOL Really!!!!

Oh yeah, anything HE'S selling/affiliated with should be avoided like the plague! A couple years ago I made the mistake of ordering a couple systems which were supposed to include a few so called throw in freebies. About a month & 1/2 later he sent a cut-out slip of paper via mail stating that there were delays due to what I bought being on backorder. Not only did I not receive any other correspondence from him after several attempted inquiries, but NEVER received ANYTHING that I purchased! By then I unfortunately couldn't try reversing the charges through my bank because it was beyond the time allowed to dispute from the initial transaction even though I never got what I paid for. Lesson learned & my $$$ burned...
He should go by Steve Schemer/Scammer, though the Player part could refer to how I got played by the Player & how he's playing with what used to be my $$$. ~sigh~ well at least went for the lower end methods but still a rip no matter how you slice it.

I just received a flyer for a new system for the Pick 4 games. He calls it the Victory-4 system. Steve Player claims that his system can win the $5000 jackpot within an average of once every 5 days with only a $3.00 investment. Yea right, I thought! He wants $495.00 for this system. I sent an email stating that if they can send me numbers based from his system for my state pick 4 via email and I can play them to prove that the claims stated are correct, I would purchase their system guaranteed. I didn't get a reply so far. And I doubt that I ever will. I truly don't know how he stays in business for so long ripping off thousands. None of his systems really work.
