False report!

I'm so glad to know that this is a false report and that Deniece Williams is alive & well!

News of singer  Deniece Williams’s death spread quickly earlier this week causing concern among fans across the world. However the July 2019 report has now been confirmed as a complete hoax and just the latest in a string of fake celebrity death reports. Thankfully, the singer best known for hit songs like  Let's Hear It for the Boy  or  Too Much, Too Little, Too Late  is alive and well.

Let's Hear It for the Boy is one of my favorites of hers!

I also love Aretha Franklin and George Michael and they are both no longer with us

but still alive in our hearts!

I like that song, too.

Weird how this stuff spreads like wildfire and it's worse now that nearly everyone is on the Internet to spread those fake rumors (fake news!)

Remember when Jerry Mathers of Leave it to Beaver fame died in Vietnam? I think Bubble Yum lost a whole bunch of money b/c of the spiders eggs in their gum. I don't dare flash my lights at some car in the other lane to tell them their high beams are blinding me; don't wanna be killed by the gang.

And of course the Democrats care about the people!

Yes you really have to know your sources from which you get your news these days because there are complete lies posted all of the time (as you say fake news) and those who are gullible believe all sorts of things printed by mean people who have nothing better to do with their time.

There are even some on LP who spread complete lies about others just to see what kind of response they can get or how much trouble they can get someone in.

Fortunately I have only ran into one here so far who have affected me but have heard there are others too...it has taken me a long time to know there are people in this world like that & it is so very sad but they will get their just reward for sure!

Forgot to mention this but someone on LP started a thread about Calebs had passed away sometime ago but something just did not feel right when I read it because the person tripped himself up who wrote the post and sure enough a friend of Calebs came on and said he was alive and well.

Here is the link to the thread.

I also have a blog page about it in my blog if you can't get the link to work.
I can't get it to turn blue as I can in a regular post so it may not work.

The post about Calebs passing away which was false is on page 3 in my blog if the link won't work above.
There was no need for that person to do that at all.
I thought about it when I saw the false report about Deniece Williams had died not on LP but somewhere else.

I can open that link, N/P. I highlight the text, then right click and click "Open in New Tab". Todd has such a great site, the "fancy editor" for forum and blog posts is fantastic, better than most other forums, but I sometimes wish we had it for blog comments, too....plus I also wish we could delete comments in blogs, but at least be able to edit them.

Yep, a lot of silly drama here sometimes, but thankfully Todd is always keeping an eye on things. I've participated in some stupid arguments myself, but it's usually when someone states some "fact" or out and out lies about something.
