Did you hear/read the narrative last week? "Trump has yet to build a foot of promised wall." That was an egregious lie. New construction has been started and most of the work has been replacing the most breachable parts, such as those with what was being called "Normandy barriers", similar obstructions intended only to stop vehicular traffic, certainly no deterrent to foot traffic.

Ann Coulter, Matt Drudge and Ben Shapiro et al need to GTF off Trump's back and climb back aboard the Trump Train, get with the program.   Either that, or STFU.

That is totally the best news yet. This is a national emergency in which the wall stops human trafficking, drug trafficking and a land invasion.

@Mike STFU would suit me fine for Drudge, Coulter and Shapiro. Their credibility is tarnished with me because they have shown to be too easily swayed. If they're going to be vocal they need to learn when things look bleak, they're not always as they appear or the media makes them out to be.

I can understand having one issue -such as illegal immigration - be a priority, but Coulter most of all has turned on Trump on that one thing. I could understand - and discount to a degree- Trump's bombastic campaign rhetoric and also know that sometimes promises cannot be kept, at least not entirely, but Coulter is supposed to be politically astute enough to not only realize that, but also that he has been stymied at every route he's tried to take with fixing the problem.

Still, it's plain to see that it HAS been a priority for him, even though there's been a ton of other things for him to deal with, both foreign and domestic. I knew Trump's boast to make Mexico pay for the wall wasn't realistic, at least not politically...but it COULD be done if only Congress had the cojones to slap a surcharge on remittances sent from the U.S. to Mexico.

I don't know what's up with Drudge; he has been linking to more than a few articles critical of this administration and while he's always been semi-fair about that, he's never done it to this extent. Shapiro is a smart young man, but I think his intelligence comes with an ugly arrogance that makes him think he's even smarter than he actually is.
