Happy Birthday Sooz and 817 to all:

Published:

My day began early with Spooky Soozy on my mind and it seems 817 will end the same way.  I know well enough that when something preys on my mind to this degree it needs to be spoken.

If you were not blessed to encounter Sooz on the Mystical Forum during her time, I encourage you to search her posts and read.  And learn.  There are a few things that may not be readily obvious which are equally important to those that are.   Sooz had a wealth of natural psychic talent and was absolutely fearless in that persona.  I've been fortunate to meet some very talented people, but it was Sooz who I connected with and who made me understand that embracing our gifts is absolutely okay.   To thine own self be true  - but we are not.  We pretend because it's easier.  Sooz didn't pretend and she'd let you know PDQ.   She simply embraced all she was and I, for one, will be ever grateful.  Soozy also had a great sense of humor, although not everyone might get it every time.  I am reminded when I read an old message she sent where she pointed out if I knew, and she knew, we really did not have to speak it out loud, and I should have figured that out by now.  Suffering psychic fools was not in her wheelhouse.  Got it Sooz!

History is pretty humbling when it comes to being "different."   Intelligence, religion, appearance, fashion, sexuality, gender, wealth, poverty, property lines, not to mention pet choice, hair color, language and, of course, talking to "God" are all documented inciting factors for death and destruction of man and woman kind. I equate courage not with being different but rather standing firm in who you know yourself to be.  This is a lesson I work on every day, and Sooz certainly helped me get my head around what matters.

Sooz reminded me that leaving this world was simply our spirit changing clothes.  Unavoidable, difficult at best, but absolutely necessary.  I can only think of the positive brilliant light she was.   She loved numbers and the lottery.   She could certainly lay down the winners but you had to pay attention.  I see many on the forums paying attention and it does my heart so much good.  Everyone here is looking for that winning strategy, that "key" that will open the coffers and make it rain.  Fair enough.  I would humbly suggest that you embrace the endeavor by asking the Universe for help and opening your mind to accept the answer.

Time runs short, 818 approaches.  I selfishly need to sleep tonight, to dream, and to find some peace.  I will ask in my prayers the same for each of you.

Happy Birthday Sooz and, for the record, I am clearly still a work in progress so do not even think of bailing on me.  Love you my friend.  Jake. 08172019
