Sitting here in pain

Unable to rest,thinking about the pain shooting around my knee and the dang ankle, that's enough complaining there are too many people out there with worse pain than I. Mine will go away soon after the specialist sends me for an MRI and set's me up with some physical therapy and muscle relaxers i really do feel like im behind the 8 ball(888) 357 for the doc and 886, 4896 and the dang 9486 ,Have a Corona and sit back. Let's all give the mega millions a go for this eve.have a good night and keep on keepin on. Thousandair

I feel your pain. About twice a year my syatic nerve acts up, and I'm pretty much crippled for about 5 or 6 days. The pain shoots down from my hip to my foot.
Hope you feel better - don't have too many of those Coronas if you are on medication.
They really know their stuff.
I've heard that only about ten percent of people who have surgery done for sciatica, benifet from it. That's too bad. My chiropracter told me one reason is because of prolonged sitting. I've recently had a friend show me a paper detailing different excercises that help alleviate some of the pain. It never really heals, it just goes away for a while.
