I hope you feel better, real soon....

I feel your pain. About twice a year my syatic nerve acts up, and I'm pretty much crippled for about 5 or 6 days. The pain shoots down from my hip to my foot.

Sorry to hear about your knee. I understand what it's like, so you can complain to me! Like Pac, I have sciatica and lean on my left side when I sit. I always wonder if people notice the way I'm sitting and think I'm letting out a little wind. :-)

Hope you feel better - don't have too many of those Coronas if you are on medication.

I have had years of Pain until I discovered the benefits of a Chiropratic kinseologist.
They really know their stuff.

Thanx justxploring for writing the correct spelling for sciatica. I was too lazy at the time to look up the right spelling....LOL
I've heard that only about ten percent of people who have surgery done for sciatica, benifet from it. That's too bad. My chiropracter told me one reason is because of prolonged sitting. I've recently had a friend show me a paper detailing different excercises that help alleviate some of the pain. It never really heals, it just goes away for a while.

Pac, I never even noticed the spelling error to tell you the truth!
