We have cold days here and the nights. And it feels like it can snow earlier. it is the climate change that is happening!

I had JUST read the long-range forecast for this winter, only a couple of days ago. The TX Panhandle is the most concern for me, of course and it isn't predicted to be "too" bad here, but the forecast for the New England states is for "the worst of winter". The upper Midwest is supposed to catch it, too.

I read last week where some in Iceland had a "funeral for a glacier".   I guess they forget that entire country is sitting atop a pool of lava.

Oh well, we only have 12 more years until we burn up, according to the alarmists. Funny that they were saying the same thing 40 yrs. ago if we didn't do something about the ozone holes over the poles. <snicker> "They" also said we were headed into a new Ice Age, but if going by geologic records, I'm more apt to believe that than burning up.

I remember seeing the front cover of Newsweek talking about the coming Ice Age back then. Now it's global warming. lol Everything goes in cycles. It's just that a cycle might last 50-75 years. No reason to panic.

If a dog's new coat is an indicator, my son't dog is growing one which looks like it might survive arctic temps. Truly very tick.
