Do you really? Not me. If I ever win the lottery, I am going to move someplace warm, but not TOO warm, not too humid. I found the area right here in Texas, just east of Dallas in the Quitman/Winnsboro area, north of Tyler. Lots of trees, but still open land, loads of springs, better than the natl. avg. of rainfall and best of all, one snow day on avg. per year.
