I've looked and can't find the context of what was going on. Was it just a joke and someone wanted to be fed whipped cream out of a can or was this "symbolic" of a sex act?

Whatever, Wang looked to be enjoying it a little too much. Really creepy, right up there with Biden smelling hair or letting kids rub his leg hairs.
