Very interesting passage in a book by the Dalai Lama

Published:

From The Dalai Lama's Big Book of Happiness

On one occasion in New York one medical scientist mentioned to me that according to his findings those people who often express in, "I, me, mine" have a greater risk of having a heart attack. The reason of course is that such people cherish themselves very much and are too much self-centered, so with that kind of attitude even small problems seem unbearable.
