On one occasion in New York one medical scientist mentioned to me that according to his findings those people who often express in, "I, me, mine" have a greater risk of having a heart attack. The reason of course is that such people cherish themselves very much and are too much self-centered, so with that kind of attitude even small problems seem unbearable.
