Did you notice that the PB annuity went up $21 million while the cash value jumped $20.9 million? The cash value has been growing at a pace of roughly 67% but it jumped 99% for the Jan 29 drawing.

We checked the Powerball site.
Actually, the cash went up $19,100,000 from last, as of this reply.
