Looks like the jackpot run is going better in the MM.

Then, they jump and start moving up and usually curving up; showing a modest increases.
The flat line rollovers is there due to the inflationary starting jackpot.
The actual cash taken in is not enough to fulfill the cash needed to make the inflationary starting annuity jackpot value.
However, in order to keep up the appearance of a growing jackpot, you'll see a fixed amount increase until the actual cash on hand equals the cash needed to give the stated annuity jackpot.
Then the annuity jackpot increases start varying above the fixed increase.
You can see these in the LP's Jackpot history for any of the jackpot lotteries.
If the cash taken in is not growing the pot well enough, the annuity increase reverts back to the fixed value.
In our opinion, of course.
