Also, notice the interval between the month, day, hour, minute, second and decimal all increase by 1 from left to right.

change in month:1 , change in day: 2, change in hour: 3, change in minute: 4, change in second: 5 and change in decimal: 6 (100ths).

If you include the year as a change of 0, then the total number of units is equal to 7.
