I have always worried way too much but in the past little while have gotten much better!

So true. Worrying is a hard habit to break. Most of the worrying comes from the lack of financial freedom.

Most of it now is about the corona virus...also as you say Jackpotismine lack of financial freedom
too since the virus caused it all.
