I guess we can all keep waiting for the positive effects to take place, all we have seen are negative changes and the first one is the war in iraq and the price of gasoline still on the rise, the more you make the less you take home, and finally the health care system is in complete shambles, we the people with insurance coverage are paying more and more out of pocket copays then ever before and on top of the copays their are the high deductibles we pay before the insurance will foot the bill.
