I haven't been paying much attention to the Cali Lotto 2nd chance winners lately but with a lot of time on my hands I decided to check out the winners from the SLP 2nd chance. WOW! Out of the last 2 draws, 8 of the 10 have been from the SanFran/Sacramento area. This seemed to stop for awhile but it looks like they are back to it. This reminds of once when I was playing Acey Ducey with some guys. 2 of them pooled their money and I really didn't think much of it until one time I notice the one guy has the next card sticking up where his "partner" can see it. I figure it is just a mistake and hit it down. this guy sticks it right back up. They have been cheating for so long.........?????? One other player noticed also. That was the end of the game. Last year there were way too many winners of SLP, scratchers, 2nd chances...all the games, in the area around San Fran/Sac where the lotteries offices are at to be justified by any means. The odds against it were just off the charts. I wrote about my concerns here and a lot more winners started to show up in LA. Still, 2 of the 10 were in LA but come on. They don't buy that many more tickets in SF/Sac to explain this. It looks like, just like those guys in that card game, they think no one notices. I'll admit, I didn't go back any farther...I just don't care. I don't play anymore. I quit the lotto just like I quit that card game. Fool me once. If you play the CA lotto and you don't live in the area around HQ you might want to check out the winners on the web site for yourself. Don't take my word for it. If it wasn't 9 hours away I would be going to Modesto, San Jose, Berkeley, Monteca, Salida, Brentwood.............
