Played 872 today mid and eve. 857 hit. off.
Fished the jig saw puzzle today I started a couple weeks ago.
Went ot the gym on Wednesday. First time in quite some time. Done some leg and spine exercises and the pain in my hip and legs have decreased considerably. I have compressed disc in my spine pressing on the nerves. Spine stretching seems to help a lot. Also my right hip is shot. Not much can be done about that. I use a crutch on my right side and a cane on my left. The crutch is to keep the pressure off of the hip socket.
Not much else is going on.
