The container garden

Updated:
Yesterday and today I was on the back deck that is in the middle of the back yard taking down the wire cages I made for the containers to hold up the vegetables. Those were the cages I made out of concrete reinforcement wire mesh. Disassembled them and flattened them out. Going to cut them up and take them to the recycling center.
Do not plan on doing any vegetables this year. Last year I did not do anything with them. The containers just sat idle.
I worked up the potting mix as I plan on just doing flowers this year.
I was out there about two hours today taking them apart. Took a break and went back out to start cutting them up to fit in a cardboard box I had left from the toilet purchase. I was shifting my chair around on the deck and would you know a leg of the chair went through the deck and I went right on my ass. No broken bones but I tore a strip of hide off my arm. It bled a little bit. So I got up all off, gathered myself together and put the tools away for today. May cut them up tomorrow.
The deck is one I built about 15 years ago. Going to need to take a probe and check all the deck boards and replace what is bad.
Got four flowers a couple weeks ago and put them in my hanging baskets on a four arm shepherds pole that is in my front yard. They are doing fine.
